Advent, STG, KKR line up to acquire OSTTRA

A number of the largest private equity firms, including Advent, STG, and KKR have put their hat into the ring to purchase financial trading platform OSTTRA, according to 9fin sources.

The company, which is owned by CME Group and S&P Global, is set to sell for around $3bn, sources said, with final bids due mid-April.
