Altice International creditors sign co-op pact

Certain lenders to Altice International have signed a six months-long cooperation agreement ahead of a looming 2027 debt wall, according to 9fin sources.

The majority of lenders has the option to extend the pact four times by 90 days each, sources said. There hasn’t been a banker yet selected for the lender group, which has coalesced with Gibson Dunn, they said.
