CLO managers continued to lean on resets in the third quarter of 2024 to keep pace with heavy amortization, as we saw earlier this year. New issuance levels remained elevated globally compared to last year, although they didn’t manage to match Q2’s level.

Blackstone Credit remains the global leader, thanks to closing five US new issues, five US resets, and one European new issue in the third quarter. Those deals widened its lead over Carlyle Group to $2.36bn.
