The DISH DBS and DISH Wireless UCC is asking Judge Christopher Lopez to compel the debtors to comply with the committee’s Rule 2004 document requests, alleging that the debtors have imposed a “unilateral, one-way and unauthorized discovery pause” while continuing to demand discovery from tower counterparties in the tower claims litigation.

The builder owes most of that cash to private credit lenders, though claimants may number as many as 3,000.
