Restructuring lawyers have been particularly busy over a year characterised by landmark cases redefining the scope of the UK Restructuring Plan and increasing bellicosity amongst creditors and sponsors. Our league tables are the result of an effort to measure how engaged law firms have been, whether as advisors to borrowers, lenders or sponsors.
