H1 24 saw a high volume of deals with 17 counsels across 57 deals. Our tables below show the top nine counsels based on total deal count. Although, when we break out the data by issuer counsel or bank counsel we only show the top 8 as there was a three-way and a five-way tie, respectively, for ninth. We have also included how the top firms fared relative to 2023.
