Pimco has been pushed out of a potential refinancing of a large private loan attached to The Corniche, Logan Group’s landmark apartment complex in Hong Kong, according to 9fin sources.

The move comes alongside an updated restructuring agreement between Logan and its creditors, many of whom are also party to the separate Corniche loan. RRJ Capital and Davidson Kempner are among the firms involved in both transactions, sources said.
