Collaboration seems to be the thread that binds our coverage this week.

On the wholesome side of things, Gibson Dunn and Rothschild have continued their charm offensive in an attempt to rally Altice France’s senior creditors behind a co-operation agreement. Atos SE’s two bondholder group’s followed in the footsteps of Eric Clapton and formed a supergroup (Cream) with the intention of preparing a joint proposal.

And there must be something in the water across the channel (there certainly is something in the Thames) as Solocal came to an agreement with its creditors to slightly tweak its restructuring plan, granting them more equity.
