IbanFirst — Marlin Equity is looking to sell this FX payment software business, appointing Perella Weinberg to market the Belgian firm off EBITDA between €15m and €20m.

Euro Caps — This Dutch coffee capsule manufacturer is looking for a buyer, hiring Rabobank to market the firm off EBITDA of just under €20m.
