Mitel Networks is contemplating a bankruptcy filing that would hand control of the company to its lenders as soon as this month, sources told 9fin.

The Canada-based telecom services provider is facing a July 2025 maturity on its TLB. That loan is currently quoted at around just one cent on the dollar, down from 12 cents a year ago.
